Matching labels to containers
For applying labels to bottles, packs or flat surfaces using equipment matched to the product shape and label position.
Confirm the supplied configuration and operating performance before ordering.

- What are the product shape, dimensions and label positions?
- What are the label size, material and supply format?
- What production task and target output do you need, and what is the site layout?
- In which country will the equipment be installed, and what power supply is available?
Inline Round Bottle Labeling Machine
The photographed machine brings upright bottles through a guided conveyor to the labeling area. Its display, guide adjustment and label handling components are arranged around the bottle path.
Bottle shape and label layout are the starting points for selection. Specify whether the label belongs on the body, neck or a defined position, and supply the actual label roll for a sample check. The additional detail views show adjustment rods, bottle guides and labeling rollers. The video shows bottle-body labeling only; neck labeling or labeling at a specified position requires a sample check and confirmation of the quoted configuration.
- What are the bottle diameter and height?
- What are the label size and roll specifications?
- Is the label on the body, neck, or a fixed position?
- What output and upstream conveyor connection are required?
Horizontal Round Bottle Labeling Machine
The reference machine supports round containers laid horizontally on roller transport. A label roll feeds the labeling section and the backing is rewound; the compact reference photos show a blue pressing section, touch screen and emergency stop.
The gallery shows reference versions with different feeding and upper assemblies. The video demonstrates small round tubes moving through the local labeling section and the resulting samples, without showing the whole base. Confirm bottle and label sizes, guiding, included attachments, power supply and installation space in the quotation; the media do not establish one confirmed supplied configuration.
- What are the container diameter, length, shape and material?
- What label width, length and roll format will you use?
- What output and label position are required, and can you provide samples?
- Which feeding arrangement, power supply and line connections do you need?
Semi-Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine
The reference layout feeds labels from a roll, separates the backing and rewinds it after dispensing. The operator locates the workpiece in a fixture; the pneumatic head presses the label onto the flat surface, then the workpiece is removed manually. Photos show the roll holder, pulling mechanism, touch screen and emergency stop.
The short video demonstrates manual positioning and flat press labeling with a sample fixture. Photos and video show reference fixtures that may differ; confirm the fixture using your workpiece and label samples. Listed size ranges, voltage and machine dimensions are source reference values, not our measurements or a guarantee of the supplied configuration.
- What are the workpiece dimensions, material and flat labeling area?
- What are the label width, length and roll specifications?
- Where must the label be placed, and what fixture is needed?
- What output is required, and can you provide workpiece and label samples?
Automatic Sheet-Fed Flat Labeling Machine
A paging feeder separates flat items onto the conveyor. Roll-fed self-adhesive labels are applied at the upper labeling station, and items travel to the discharge end. Photos and video show reference feeder, cabinet and collection configurations.
Send material samples, thickness, dimensions and label-roll details to confirm feeding stability, label position, output and power supply. Date or batch printing can be discussed as an option and is confirmed in the quotation.
- What are the material, dimensions and thickness of your pouch or card?
- Where should the label be applied, and what are the label and roll sizes?
- What output and collection method do you need?
- Do you need optional date printing or connection to an existing line?
