Equipment selection guides

Choose equipment to suit your material, containers and required output.

Matching labels to containers

For applying labels to bottles, packs or flat surfaces using equipment matched to the product shape and label position.

Choosing a closing method

For closing bottles with the selected cap or closure, with screw capping, perfume-bottle crimping or ring pressing confirmed for the chosen machine.

  1. What bottle and cap or closure types, dimensions and samples will you use?
  2. What cap-closing action is required, and what torque or pressing/crimping requirements must be confirmed?
  3. How will bottles be stabilized, and what feeding or upstream/downstream equipment connections are needed?
  4. What power supply and operating conditions are available at your site?

Perfume Spray Crimping and Collar Pressing Machine — An inline bottle handling system for spray-head crimping and collar-ring pressing. Bottle neck, spray pump and collar samples determine the tooling arrangement.

Semi-Automatic Friction-Wheel Screw Capping Machine — Two friction wheels tighten screw caps while the operator positions the bottle on the table. The handwheel adjusts the head height for the reference setup.

Pump-Cap Capping Selection — Choose the cap-feeding and bottle-capping arrangement using complete pump-head and bottle samples. The photos show a general inline reference configuration.
