Lead time
- Standard machines (single fillers, cappers, labelers): 15–25 working days after deposit.
- Configured machines (multi-head, servo, custom tooling): 25–45 working days.
- Complete production lines: 45–90 working days, including layout design, FAT and line integration.
Lead time is confirmed on your proforma invoice. We send production photos and a test-run video before shipment.

Incoterms and who arranges what
- EXW Dongguan — you arrange pickup and all export formalities.
- FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou — we deliver to port and handle export clearance; you nominate the forwarder.
- CIF / DAP — we arrange freight and insurance to your port or address. Recommended for first-time buyers.
We work with established freight forwarders and can quote CIF/DAP to your nearest port or door.
Packaging
Machines are wrapped in anti-rust film and sealed in export-grade plywood cases with foam protection and desiccant. Full stainless contact parts are protected separately. Case dimensions and gross weight are provided before booking so you can verify import requirements.

- Certificate of Origin (and FORM E, FTA where applicable)
- CE declaration and test report where applicable
- Operation manual in English, electrical diagrams and spare parts list
Payment terms
- T/T: 30%–50% deposit, balance before shipment.
- L/C at sight for orders above USD 20,000.
- Trade assurance orders accepted through our Alibaba store for buyers who prefer platform protection.
Beware of fraud: we will never change our bank details by email alone. Always confirm payment instructions by phone or video call with us before transferring.
Warranty, returns and claims
- 12 months warranty from commissioning (15 months from shipment, whichever is first) against manufacturing defects.
- Custom-built machines are made to your confirmed specification and are not returnable for reasons other than defect; if a defect is confirmed we repair, replace the defective part, or refund as agreed in the contract.
- Damage in transit: notify us and the carrier within 7 days of arrival with photos, and we will support your insurance claim and ship replacement parts immediately.
