1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing julyrmachinery.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About the information on this site

All machines shown are manufactured or supplied by Dongguan Juli Hydropneumatic Equipment Co., Ltd.. We work to keep specifications, photos, videos and prices accurate. However, packaging machinery is configured per customer — final specifications, configuration, delivery time and price are confirmed in a written proforma invoice or contract. Listed prices are indicative EXW / FOB reference ranges in CNY unless stated otherwise and do not constitute a binding offer.

3. Quotations and orders

• A quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• An order becomes binding only after both parties sign a proforma invoice or sales contract and the agreed deposit is received.
• Custom machines are built to your samples and specifications; changes requested after production starts may affect price and delivery time.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in CNY or USD as stated on your quotation. Standard payment terms are 30%–50% deposit by T/T and the balance before shipment, or by irrevocable L/C at sight. Other terms can be negotiated. Bank details are provided only on official company letterhead — always verify by calling us before transferring funds.

5. Delivery

Lead time is stated on your quotation, typically 15–45 working days for standard machines and longer for complete lines. Delivery terms follow Incoterms® 2020 (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP as agreed). Risk passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed against delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranty and after-sales service

• 12 months warranty from the date of commissioning or 15 months from shipment, whichever comes first, against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
• Wearing parts (seals, belts, blades, heating elements) and damage from misuse or incorrect voltage/air supply are excluded.
• We provide lifetime technical support, remote commissioning guidance and spare parts supply. On-site service is available and quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property

All text, photos, videos, drawings and logos on this site are owned by Dongguan Juli Hydropneumatic Equipment Co., Ltd.. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation. You may not republish, sell or reuse our content or product images commercially without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

Links to our Alibaba store, WhatsApp and other third parties are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are preferably settled amicably; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong.
