We are a manufacturer. JULYR Machinery (Dongguan Juli Hydropneumatic Equipment Co., Ltd.) operates a 3,000 m² factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, with in-house machining, assembly and testing. You are welcome to visit, or we can give you a live video tour of the workshop.
MOQ is 1 set. We supply single machines as well as complete production lines, so you can start with one filler or capper and add equipment later as your output grows.
Standard machines ship in 15–25 working days after deposit. Configured machines take 25–45 working days, and complete lines 45–90 working days including layout design and factory acceptance testing. Sea freight is typically 18–40 days depending on destination.
Yes — most of our orders are configured to the customer's product. Send us your container samples or drawings, product viscosity, fill volume and target output per hour, and our engineers will recommend the filling principle, nozzle type and line layout, then quote accordingly.
T/T with 30%–50% deposit and balance before shipment is standard. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 20,000, and trade assurance orders through our Alibaba store.
Every machine ships with an English manual, electrical diagrams and commissioning videos. We provide free remote guidance for installation and start-up, and lifetime technical support. On-site commissioning by our engineers is available and quoted separately.
12 months from commissioning or 15 months from shipment, whichever comes first, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use. Wearing parts are excluded and always available from stock.
Machines can be built for 220V/380V/415V, 50Hz or 60Hz, with CE-compliant components and documentation where required. Tell us your local supply and we configure accordingly.
